Your average person would never torture a dog. They would be appalled by a dog being neutered without anesthetic or put down in a violent way. They would consider dog’s intelligent and, of course, able to feel fear and pain.
By our own standards, pigs are more intelligent than dogs. Why then do we allow them to be castrated without anesthetic and gassed as part of the slaughter procedure?
We know they feel pain and fear!
So, how do you justify the cruelty?
